We had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. There are so many positives to list, starting with being greeted at the entrance to the development to the quality of the residence, and on from there. The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely close to everything you need: restaurants, parks, good local shopping and, most important for us, transportation both into central London and outlying towns. Five minute walk to the Clapham Junction Station and a seven-minute train ride to Victoria Station! Mel was always incredibly responsive to any question we had and really made us feel like valued guests. We most definitely would stay there again.

We needed pet friendly accommodation with 4 bedrooms, this place provided it. We were a little apprehensive about the location, but we needn't had worried at all. Northcote Road and St. Johns Lane provided everything we needed, virtually on the doorstep. Great pubs, cafes, restaurants, amazing shops, supermarkets and a fantastic green space where we could walk our dog, just across the road from the house. Our trips into town were super easy! 4 minutes walk to Clapham junction station, one stop to Victoria and two tube stops to Oxford Circus, fantastic! The accommodation forms a part of a new development which is very quiet and leafy. It is set over 3 floors and is very spacious. Bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate and well equipped. Living room and dining room were lovely and as the weather was great, we made good use of the terrace when we were in. We loved staying here and would have no hesitation in returning.

What a fantastic stay. The whole place was fantastic and even better than advertised on the website. Spotlessly clean. Instructions for entering the building down to accessing the wifi code were concise and clear. Mel was outstanding and very helpful. She made sure everything went smoothly. Very close to Putney and public transport on the doorstep. The apartment was bright and airy with modern amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will be back again.

pacious and clean apartment with all the facilities for a great family stay. Close to train station and local cafes/restaurants. Mel was very proactive in her communications and Amanda was very friendly and helpful in checking us in. Recommend for short or long stays.

The apartment is amazing, modern, fully equipped. Felt right at home. Maximum comfort, with dishwasher, washer,dryer. Everything is spotless from cleanliness and new. Nothing is missing. Great location, close to a central transport junction. Close to supermarkets and restaurants and bars. We look forward to coming back to her on our next trips in London.

Excellent house, very well equipped, clean and perfect location for exploring London. We really enjoyed our recent stay. It was an added bonus having a kids play area close by!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the flat was everything we expected and more. Check-in: Finding the flat was easy and check-in was super simple. High Street: The high street is barely 3 minutes walk away which is very handy. There are loads of stores, supermarkets, pubs, bars, restaurants, and salons close to you. Furnishing: The flat was fully furnished and equipped, from sofa to table lamp, from beddings to towels and even electronic appliances, utensils, and glassware in the kitchen – the apartment has everything required in your day-to-day life. All We needed was our suitcase. The kitchen is nicely finished and has all the modern appliances you need. Entertainment: The flat has a full entertainment set up; high-speed internet, Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime Tv etc. There was always something the watch. Transport: There are loads of buses available, literally at your doors step. Clapham Junction station is about 4 mins walk away and connects you to any part of London easily. There are also National Rail services available at the station if you are considering going out of town. Fitness: There are a few gyms and fitness centers within 5-minute walks. Parks and Outdoors: There are a few really nice family-friendly parks in the area, perfect for walks, runs, or any other outdoor activity for your family. Communication: The communication with Mel was super easy, she was always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. Honestly, this is one of the best Air BnB I have stayed in. We had all the amenities we needed, the location was perfect for us and the host was very helpful and kind. 5- Stars all around.
